Features:
¢ÙThe production line has functions of mixing conveying feeding, extruding, palletizing with heat-cut method,pellet¡¯s conveying and cooling with air etc. This is done automatically to product a continuous flow of pessets with high efficiency.The machine occupies less space and floor area and is installed in foundation.
¢ÚThe mixer, feeding device and extruding device of the pellet machine have respectively heating/xooling system, which can perform closed-circuit temperature control themselves according to the requirement of special technology during producing course.
¢ÛFeeding mechanism is designed with tapered twin screws as to make materials to be eaten automatically and Uniformly. Large chunks of discharged material from mixer can be feed directly to it.
¢ÜCylinder and ruder screw are made of high-quality alloy steel-38GM, treated with nitrogen fixation, high harden, wear-resistant and corrosion.
¢ÝAn automatic or manual screen changer, which is between the extrusion screw and head, is adopted to permit fast efficient replace emend of the screens during the line is running or stopping.
¢ÞAdvancing programmable logic controller PLC and inverters is adopted in electrical system as to make feeding, extruding, cutting device to work in great range of speed. The line have function of interlock , alarm with light and voice and its control is reliable and perfct.
